space is precious in an overpopulated city.

I need to promote the city, as it is the home to millions of people, and it is a bustling exciting vibrant place. Though what happens in the left over spaces in the city? The dead space?

What if I created a mobile structure that can come and fill up the empty/dead spaces, temporarily? Will not be a permanent structure within that site, therefore will not permanently ‘delete’ the precious little amount of space left in these over populated cities. Instead it will enhance and promote the sustainable use of the left over dead spaces.
